SAE student performs at Glastonbury

30 Jun 2017

As thousands descended on the grounds of Glastonbury over the weekend, an SAE student got the chance to show her talent at the country’s premier music festival.

Nadia Chopra - who goes under the name DJ Noudle - performed at the Crew Bar on Sunday evening. Based in the Shangri La Zone, the event was produced by London club scene influencers BBZ, who are also known for helping organise Glastonbury’s first women-only venue - the Sisterhood tent.

The Audio Production student, who has also DJ’d at Ministry of Sound, said she was asked to perform by BBZ following previous work experience with the creative duo.

“The opportunity came as a surprise!” Nadia told SAE.

“I'm humbled that I've been given the opportunity to experience the true feeling of djing at Glastonbury.”

“The festival in itself is insane.”

To hear DJ Noudle, tune in to EGM Electro every Tuesday from 12 to 2pm.
