We are excited to announce that this year’s ceremony will take place on Saturday, the 24th of January 2026. Venue in London to be confirmed. Stay tuned!
Exam boards take place throughout 2025, and SAE is required to wait until all results are received and confirmed before delivering the graduation ceremonies.

Upon arrival, your tickets will be checked. If you have hired a gown, you will be robed up (help will be available to ensure your cap is on correctly). If you have purchased a photography package, you will have your photo taken with your loved ones once you are dressed in your graduation attire.
You will need to take your seats 30 minutes before the ceremony, which will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the ceremony, there will be a drinks reception to celebrate your achievements with friends, family, and peers.

If you are going on stage to graduate, there is an expectation that you wear a gown, along with your fellow graduates.
As graduation is a formal occasion, an appropriate standard of dress is expected. National dress of your home country is also acceptable. Please note that casual clothes such as jeans, shorts, or t-shirts are not suitable and should be avoided. At the end of the day, this is a celebration, so wear clothes that make you feel good!

Most certificates have already been sent out. Those we are still holding are those of students with debts, or who need to confirm their address.
