Bio
Deborah came to work at SAE in 2019 as the Administrator but quickly moved up to be the Student Experience Officer, a role she greatly enjoys.
Before joining SAE Glasgow, Deborah was a Customer Service Manager for a large company, with over 10 years’ experience. She ran a large team, and a key part of her role was meeting KPI’S and delivering great service. Her team won several company awards and the customer experience was always at the heart of what she and her team achieved. She dealt with finance daily and this knowledge has helped with the Fees and Finance at SAE Glasgow.
She has an HND in Social Care and experience with working with people.
