Join this immersive taster experience and spend Saturday inside SAE’s production spaces while students take part in a fast‑paced 48 Hour Film Challenge. Step into an active film set, contribute hands‑on during shooting and editing, play with professional equipment, and get a genuine feel for life inside an SAE film environment.

On the day, you’ll:
- Step inside SAE’s campus during a live 48‑hour film production challenge
- Join student film crews during their most intensive production day
- Get hands‑on experience assisting with filming, sound, lighting or editing tasks
- Work with professional film equipment used on SAE film courses
- See how scripts are brought to life under tight creative deadlines
- Observe how teams respond to constraints such as genre, props and dialogue
- Meet students and lecturers throughout the day in an informal, studio setting
- Get honest, unfiltered insight into collaboration, problem‑solving and film student life
- Ask questions, step in, and experience real filmmaking while it’s happening
