Over the coming weeks, you will receive welcome communications covering the key steps before your course begins, including enrolment, support services, campus information, Welcome Week activity and useful links.

Welcome Week
Welcome Week is your first chance to get settled, meet your course team, connect with other students and get a feel for life at SAE before teaching begins.
Your timetable will include key sessions, activities and events at your campus. This may include course introductions, support sessions, socials, creative talks and campus activities.
Previous Welcome Week events have included guest talks and activities with Look Mum No Computer, Girls Don’t Sync, Lewis Hancox, Corinne Bailey Rae and Callum Easter.
This year’s Welcome Week programme is being finalised and will be available in July.
Get set up before you arrive
Get support with the skills that help you succeed on your course, from managing your workload and understanding assessments to building confidence with study, writing and feedback. SAE offers flexible, personalised support to help students engage with their studies and access the right guidance when they need it.
Your first week at SAE
Before teaching begins, we will send you more information about your timetable, campus activities and any sessions you need to attend.
Welcome Week is there to help you understand your course, meet your tutors, get familiar with the campus and find out where to go for support.

What to bring
We will confirm anything specific you need before you arrive.
For your first sessions, it is a good idea to bring photo ID, something to take notes with and any documents requested by Admissions.
If your course needs any specific kit, software or equipment, your course team will let you know.
