FAQs for Starting Content Creation in January 2026
The January intake allows you to begin the BA/BSc (Hons) Content Creation degree in January instead of waiting for the September start, letting you begin sooner and graduate earlier.
The course is an accelerated 2-year programme. It provides the same qualification as a traditional 3-year degree, but saves you a full year of time, reduces your tuition fees and lowers your living costs. You will follow an intensive, practical schedule that reflects real industry workflows, helping you enter the job market earlier and with confidence.
You will learn how to create, write, design and publish professional content across a range of digital platforms. This includes photography, video production, podcast creation, graphic design, writing for the web, SEO planning, website development, campaign design and content strategy.
You will also explore branding, personal marketing, project management, pitching and working with clients. Throughout the course you will produce portfolio-ready work such as websites, videos, podcasts and creative studio projects that reflect real industry expectations.
The degree is delivered in person at SAE London in Haggerston, with access to creative studios, podcast studios, digital workstations, editing facilities and collaborative project spaces equipped with the tools used across content creation, social media, digital marketing and multimedia production.
