SAE Institute Exhibition Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter is SAE Institute (the “Promoter”). - Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. - How to Enter
Entry is made by registering at the SAE Institute exhibition stand and submitting valid contact details.
No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person per month is permitted. - Prize
One winner will receive a £50 voucher provided by SAE Institute.
The voucher has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any restrictions on use will be communicated to the winner. - Draw and Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly selected at the end of each calendar month from all eligible entries received during that month. - Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at registration within a reasonable period following the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. - Marketing Consent
By entering the prize draw, participants consent to receiving communications from SAE Institute about its courses, events, and related opportunities.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in communications. - Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used for administering the prize draw and for marketing purposes as described above.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
