Grammy Award-winning music manager Adé Adéfolalu is a seasoned music industry professional with more than two decades of experience. Known for his work as a manager, independent label owner, lecturer and voice coach, he has helped guide artists to major industry recognition, including Grammy, MOBO and BET award success.

Adé has built a reputation for developing artists and helping them navigate the complex world of modern music. His career spans management, artist development, production and education, giving him a complete view of how the industry works from the studio to the boardroom.

He leads All-Star Music Group, a consultancy offering marketing and management services to artists and labels. He also serves as SVP of Artist and Business Development at GrooveUP, a blockchain-powered artist and label services platform built around a 360-degree artist-to-fan revenue model.
