SAE Freshers Week 2025

Welcome communications

Before you start, we will send you clear updates to help you get ready for SAE.

These emails will explain what you need to do, when you need to do it and where to go if you need support.

The full welcome communications timeline is currently being finalised and will be added here soon.

SAE Freshers week hosted events across all five campuses.

Welcome Week

Welcome Week is your first chance to get settled, meet your course team, connect with other students and get a feel for life at SAE before teaching begins.

Your timetable will include key sessions, activities and events at your campus. This may include course introductions, support sessions, socials, creative talks and campus activities.

Previous Welcome Week events have included guest talks and activities with Look Mum No Computer, Girls Don’t Sync, Lewis Hancox, Corinne Bailey Rae and Callum Easter.

This year’s Welcome Week programme is being finalised and will be available in July.
