Evaluation Committee
The Evaluation Committee of SAE Institute Milan is a required body of the Institution pursuant to Article 4, paragraph 1, letter f) of the regulation establishing criteria for the statutory, regulatory and organisational autonomy of artistic and musical Institutions, issued by Presidential Decree No. 132 of 28 February 2003 and incorporated into the Statute of SAE Italia s.r.l. at Art. 18, from which derives the General Regulation at Title V.
SAE Institute Milan adopts an internal evaluation system covering teaching and research activities, student support initiatives and administrative management, in compliance with current ministerial regulations.
The evaluation functions are carried out by a collegial body called the Evaluation Committee, composed of three members with differentiated expertise, two of whom are chosen from external experts, appointed by the Board of Directors after consultation with the Academic Council. The Institution guarantees the Evaluation Committee operational autonomy, the right to access the necessary data and information, as well as the publication and dissemination of its documents in compliance with privacy protection regulations.
In order to ensure adequate statistical relevance, the Institution annually monitors data relating to student enrolments and careers and to the professional placement of graduates. It administers questionnaires to students for the evaluation of individual courses, supplementary activities, general services and teaching. The Evaluation Committee gathers the most relevant information and documentary evidence in order to draft an annual report on the Institution’s activities and functioning, based on the criteria established by ANVUR.
