About this event

Join us at SAE Institute for an inspiring masterclass with Souf Kinani, a multidisciplinary creative working at the intersection of music and commercial filmmaking, and one of the most influential voices shaping the Dutch entertainment landscape today.

With a career spanning both music and film, Souf has played a key role in defining the visual identities of some of the Netherlands’ most prominent artists, including Kevin, Idaly, and Josylvio, during his time at TopNotch and Noah’s Ark. Today, he brings his creative vision to a global stage as Creative Director at Warner Music and Spinnin’ Records, while also working as a freelance film director represented by Pink Rabbit.

In this session, Souf will share insights from his journey across the music and film industries exploring how storytelling, visual identity, and culture intersect in modern creative work. From directing branded films for names like ASICS, KNVB, and FEBO to building authentic narratives rooted in community, his work stands out for its fresh perspective, strong visual language, and subtle humor.

Expect an open and engaging conversation covering creativity, career development, and the realities of working across disciplines in today’s industry. Whether you're a filmmaker, musician, or aspiring creative professional, this masterclass offers valuable perspectives from someone actively shaping the culture.

We look forward to seeing you there!
