Questions & Guidance

The lectures will take place on our 5 Silent Stages and will be transmitted via infrared.
Each listener needs an infrared belt pack, which can only be rented at the checkroom in the Palladium.

Additionally, you should bring your own headphones with 3.5 mm mini jack, if you don’t have headphones you can buy them for a fee at the checkroom.

There will be food & beverages available for purchase at the SAE Convention. We try to keep the costs as low as possible.

It is not allowed to bring your own drinks!

We will have the checkroom open throughout the event. Jackets, bags, etc. can be picked up until about 30min after the event.

Smoking is not allowed in the Palladium. There is an outdoor area that can be used for this purpose.
