A bit more about the speaker:
Thomas is a director based in Amsterdam, NL. Falling in love with cinema, pop culture, and the power of imagination from a young age, he moved on to pursue his filmmaking dreams by attaining his BA and MA in Film at the Royal Academy of Arts in Ghent.
His highly aesthetic work encourages, activates, and challenges viewers through his narrative, visual, and auditory approach. His play with contrasts, visual language, focus on the experiential, and his sensitivity, lead to films that surprise, intrigue, and/or move.
His ability to adapt without losing authenticity makes for his work to span a range of styles, from a more loose documentary approach to highly stylized productions. Thomas has put his creativity, sensitivity, and passion to work for clients such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Giambattista Valli, Adidas, Bugaboo, and more.
