Dear members of the SAE Institute Amsterdam community,
Due to the Covid-19 situation in Amsterdam, SAE Amsterdam is currently operating in a blended learning environment. This means that, while keeping to the guidelines set by the Dutch Government, we are delivering lessons on the campus, as well as in an online setting.
How does this affect teaching?
Setting as priority the safety of our students and our staff, as well as the quality of education we offer, we have transferred the teaching & learning process to an online environment, offering them a virtual experience, where on-campus lessons are not possible/required. Next to this, our practical facilities are available to our students. Of course, we have also taken the guidelines and protocols into account for this element of their studies.
Our students and staff are receiving regular updates via email about the operation of our campus. SAE Institute Amsterdam already has a dedicated responsible team handling all relevant topics and it is ready to provide support and guidance to our students and staff.
Across Europe, SAE are successfully acquiring and providing software licenses for students, enabling them to complete practical project work remotely. At the same time our international community is creating extra online masterclasses and meeting industry sessions with guests from all over the world.
How can you contact us now or enrol?
Regarding our partners and prospective students, our Study Advisors remain available to your service. You can contact us from Monday - Friday from 10:00h to 18:00h (email or phone: email@example.com | +31 204350655). Admissions for all upcoming intakes are open. We will be happy to give you information on our education programs and offer you a Virtual Campus Tour.
What should you do about coronavirus?
The best way to prevent potential cases in our local communities is to follow the published guidance of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, particularly around social distancing and maintaining good standards of hygiene.
Basic protective measures against the new coronavirus
- Wash your hands frequently
- Maintain social distancing
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
- Practice respiratory hygiene
- If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
- Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider
Support each other and #FightCovid19Together
We are aware there are people who may be feeling vulnerable and anxious at this time. This virus does not discriminate - and neither do we. Ours must be a culture of empathy, compassion and support first and foremost.
We wish everyone to stay safe, calm and creative.
