Bio
Michael is from Wirral and is married with three daughters. He studied Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University and has since completed numerous CPD courses in Commercial Management, Finance and Health & Safety (IOSH). With almost 20 years experience, Michael is a hands-on leader in the Higher Education sector, with experience of managing operations, people and estates.
Michael is passionate about Student Experience, Equality Diversity & Inclusion and Customer Service and is a member of the UK Leadership Team.
