Join us at SAE London as we welcome Nat Powers on International Mental Health Day to talk about staying sane and surviving technology and social media in a modern music industry.

In a modern music business and digital world, Nat Powers goes back into his own highs and lows of his own career, to demonstrate ways to better look after ourselves and flourish in a turbulent and ever changing industry.

This focuses on the detrimental effects of social media and modern day expectations, as well as general pressures within the industry which affect the health of the mind and wellbeing of those within it.

A fast paced, inspirationally driven talk which aims to ground the listeners into a space which reminds them of their own greatness and reality.

Nat Powers is a British Music Producer-Songwriter, who has worked with a number of notable figures in the global music industry. Artists such as Snoop Dogg, Run Dmc, Wu Tang, D Double E, Skepta, Giggs, Pharcyde, Death Row Records amongst many others.

More recently Nat has been creating projects in Jamaica, Toronto, Barbados, Korea and beyond. He has recently been working on material for Janet Jackson’s next solo album.
