Join us for a Pro Tools Introduction and Mix Session, looking into the workflow and organisation of a mix session with audio alumni, Jacob Lyons.
An industry standard for major recording and post-production studios as well as the common 'bedroom' musician / producer, Pro Tools is the main DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) that is taught at SAE Institute. The session will cover basic concepts of: Navigation, Editing and Mixing.
Organisation of a recording and mix session is crucial to completing a successful project and we will speak about the numerous ways of workflow and processing! A casual yet informative session to help those interested in pursuing a career in audio!
It's advised to wear headphones if possible!
