Enrolment and Induction
You will be sent links to enrol via email.
There are up to three enrolment stages to complete before you become a registered student.
What you need to do
Complete this form and upload essential personal information. You must complete this form before you begin studying for your course. The link for this information is sent to all accepted students who have met the conditions of study.
Complete this form to confirm your tuition fees and how they are being paid, you will need to either provide confirmation of a successful Student Loan Company agreement or by setting up a payment plan.
We strongly recommend applying for your Student Finance as early as possible. Follow the link here to begin this process. If your tuition fees are not being paid for by you or your family, we will need to know who is paying your fees (i.e. your sponsors).
Once stage 1 and 2 have been completed, your details will be uploaded onto our student records system. You will then be sent a ‘welcome to enrolment’ email with your IT credentials, and a link to upload your photo for your student id badge.
After this there will be a number of emails coming your way to look out for!
Induction
You have been asked to save the date for an induction programme that will take place from 17th January.
Closer to the start of your course, your campus will contact you with details of your induction programme. You need to attend to ensure you can hit the ground running when your course fully starts the following week.
It will also allow you to meet your course leaders, classmates, support teams and students from different course areas. We believe collaboration is essential at SAE and encourage it from the beginning.
