Berlin, 11. May 2016

For the Winter semester in September 2016 the SAE Institute Berlin campus would be moving the a new location directly on the River Spree next to the Oberbaum bridge. The new campus at Cuvryspeicher street would be offering a large, open study area with top-notch workstations, modern recording studios, a green screen room, a radio studio and would be sitting in the middle of Berlin's international Hot Spot of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, which is characterized by a diverse, urban and cultural life.

Peter Duhr, the campus manager about the new location: "The build up at Cuvryspeicher street is in full swing. With the new campus we would pull together the individual departments so in the future learning and working multidisciplinary would be more accessible. This area is populated by numerous media companies, innovative start-ups, agencies and studios."

The heart of the campus is a 300 m² study area, joined by a space of another 300 m² for recording studios which allow creating and preforming music and sound in a professional environment. For the film students, a large green screen room would also be available. Moreover, the campus would also contain several Film Suits for Post production projects, a radio station and several projects rooms. Last, the campus would be completed by a large library with a panoramic lounge, a game lounge, modern conference rooms and a big auditorium including the foyer.
