Please prepare a folder for your production or project that includes everything the SAE Awards jury will need to evaluate your work, as well as optional materials such as press kits, links and video clips. Then enter the link to this download folder in the space provided on our form (either download or shared Google Drive link).
Please add promo-material/electronic press kit if available.

Acceptance and storage of data
Participating projects will be handed in to the SAE Alumni Chapter President of the respective city. This is done either by personal delivery or web transfer. The data and project files collected with the submission (incl. registration form) will be stored as long as it is necessary for the competition and the associated public relations work.
Projects with biographical / autobiographical elements
Projects with biographical and/or autobiographical elements must be submitted with a written consent form from the person(s) concerned to participate in the Awards.
