Combining the latest digital techniques with traditional filmmaking skills, our intense, part-time course explores every aspect of storytelling for the screen.

Covering ideas generation, pre-production, shooting and post-production this course is designed for students looking to advance their filmmaking skills. Using our industry-standard equipment, you will write, direct and edit a film. You’ll learn the technical, creative and business knowledge of filmmaking as you explore various production roles including, screenwriter, director, camera operator, sound recorder, producer and editor.

At the end of the course, you will graduate with IMDb credit, a press kit and DVD of your film.

BA (Hons) in Digital Film Production

You should bring a notebook, pen and sketchbook to classes. You may also want to bring with you a camera and laptop or tablet, however these are not essential.
